Jeffrey Pope, VMD

Dr. Pope is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. While a veterinary student, he worked in the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary Emergency Clinic as a technician/nurse. Following graduation, Dr. Pope completed a one-year small animal rotating internship at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Dr. Pope relocated to western Pennsylvania in early 1994 and co-founded Allegheny Veterinary Emergency Clinic on Route 286 in Plum.
He practiced there for seven years. He opened Companion Animal Medical Center in 2002; the name was recently changed to Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital located on 286 in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
